Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your dashboard - changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my RUM pageview limit?
Nothing breaks. Once you hit your monthly pageview cap, additional beacon hits are dropped silently - we never bill surprise overages. Upgrade any time for a higher cap.
What counts as a monitor?
A monitor is a single check on a single domain - uptime, SSL, SEO, security, and so on. Each plan sets how many monitors you can run per domain.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual plans are on the way, billed yearly at a discount versus paying monthly. For now every paid plan is month-to-month with no contract.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free plan never expires - there's no trial clock. When you need more domains, faster checks, or alerts, upgrade to a paid plan.
Do you support webhook alerts?
Yes, on Growth and above. Webhook alerts post to any endpoint you choose, so you can route them into Slack, PagerDuty, or your own tooling.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your dashboard billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
