We want SiteTrak to be useful for you. If it isn’t a fit, we offer a straightforward refund within the first week of your subscription.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale, and Agency — monthly or annual) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial charge. No reason required. Email support@sitetrak.co with the email address on the account and we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
After the 7-Day Window
Once the 7-day window has passed, paid time is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. Your account remains active and your data accessible until that period ends.
Annual Plans
Annual plans receive the same 7-day full refund window from the date of the initial annual charge. After 7 days, we do not pro-rate annual subscriptions on cancellation. You retain access for the remainder of the year you paid for.
Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe automatically pro-rates the difference and charges you immediately for the upgrade. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don’t issue refunds or credits for downgrades.
Free Plan
The Free plan is, well, free. No refund needed.
Service Outages
We aim for high availability but do not provide a formal SLA on standard plans. If a prolonged outage materially affects your use of the Service, contact us and we’ll consider service credits or refunds case-by-case.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback. We almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the bank dispute process. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
